Now i remeber, i called the city office, they took the email copy and they mailed it internally to the clearance agent.

Look up the head office and politly ask for help as they seem a bit better at customer service

Yep DHL wanted to 'courier' my passport over to make a copy.....1000 bhat fee.

Ended up emailing them the copy, they still got me on a bunch more 'fees'.

Thailand post, wonderful, straight through with tracking and clear notifications all the way on the app
