A little over a year ago I had that experience. I had to submit 2 extra times and waited 10-15 days each time. Very frustrating.

I had to re-send docs 2 or 3 times, and each time I waited 10 or 15 days. Very frustrating. They kept rejecting my proof that I had permission from my employer to work in Thailand, bc I was sending them screenshots of our remote work policy and my approval in our HR portal, and they wanted it in my contract! When they told me it was my "last chance" to prove i have permission from my employer, I wrote a super indignant email about how this requirement is not in alignment with how modern software companies work, there is no company that writes it in your contract it's always via a portal like this, and about 2 hours later I got my visa approval later. 😆 I hope your process is easier but if its not don't give up!
