 Personally I just sent a screenshot of that month’s statement front page. But I think some places require three months showing movement

Yeah I think one of the common ones is assuming the auto input from your passport is correct and not checking it - mine was extremely wrong so inputted it manually

My account got locked and they unlocked it in branch and didn’t check my visa, just my details page of my passport
