the ones who introduce inconveniences are not scammers, but authorities/managers that are unable to handle it better that "restrict everything we cant control directly", e.g. "restrict 100% customers to prevent 2% scams".

i applied first, they issued dtv for me. then i wrote this letter and we added it to my wife and daughter's applications.
