If you can keep your expenses to below 30,000 THB a month, that can work. However you have to show at least 500,000 THB in a savings/checking account for 3 months to qualify for DTV.

You can re-submit the online e-visa, air/ferry/transport ticket, hotel booking, selfie in front of hotel/newspaper, today's receipt etc. Anything that clearly shows you're in Indonesia today.

Your account name does not affect the application. So long your full name is filled in correctly with all the names and the pop up shows your full name correctly, it should be fine. My account name was shorter than my full name in the passport which I filled in for the application.
