If you have an international driving license, you can transfer it to a Thai license.

However, if your license is from your country, you cannot convert it to a Thai license and must retake the test.

And the documents must include a medical certificate and a residence certificate from the Immigration Bureau.

If you've already been there for 90 days, you must report for another 90 days before applying for a residence permit.

Yes, you can change it, but you must cancel it at the Immigration Office first.

I think it's better if you do it yourself, as sometimes postal deliveries can be inaccurate and we can't track how many days it will take to get it back.
