Do I need a 90-day report to obtain a Thai driver's license?

If you haven't been here for 90 days,

a 90-day report is not required.

If you have one, it will be used when applying for a residence permit, not when applying for a driver's license.

What is the process for obtaining a Thai motorcycle driving license with an international driver's permit?

If you stay for 90 days, you must report for 90 days.

You also need a TM30 to apply for a residence permit from the Immigration Bureau and a medical certificate from a clinic. If you have an international driver's license, it's easy to transfer.
