it’s an inner ear problem but it’s not caused by an infection. I’ve had two different types and it can cause severe effects. The first time I had it it was diagnosed as BPV (Benign Paroxysmal Vertigo) and was the result of the crystals in your inner ear shifting. It was rectified by doing the Eppley Maneuver during physical therapy. The second time I had it it was diagnosed as vestibular neuritis which is an inflammation of the inner ear. This could be caused by a possible infection but lots of possibilities. I could not focus my eyes and the room was spinning so badly it made me violently sick. Went to the ER and they thought I was having a stroke because my pupils were bouncing around so badly. There’s no cure, just need to rest with eyes closed. It was horrible both times but the effects from the neuritis was much more severe. There’s nothing you can get at or probably even the pharmacy. See a doctor if it doesn’t clear up in a day or two.

I paid 3000 THB to a concierge service in Pattaya. That included transportation in nine passenger van to and from a border run to Cambodia along with lunch. Pick up and return to hotel was hassle free. It did not include the 500 THB overstay fee I paid to immigration.
