cpx8 I had to get a new passport in Thailand once in 2016 and I can't remember exactly what I did. Haha, I lost that one in Vietnam and had to get a new one in Vietnam too but I wasn't in a rush in Vietnam coz I had a temporary residency. But the fact I can't remember the process is worrying. But I don't remember having to get it signed by anyone from the EU. I know I needed an original birth certificate when I got my new one in Vietnam. Anyway good luck bro

Yes, but you need a guarantor. ( Girlfriend or friend) And with international debit card on the palladium account with a 1000 THB per year fee.
