Steve Steven yes note the substantial comment from Sujy sujaree regarding 'thai visa center' with no contact or link to assumed problem solving service.
Chris Wagner how would anyone know if you were working remotely or not on a DTV 2 or 3.. assuming these visas are utilised over the 5 year periods then for most - they will be 'working / earning' one way or another - not allowed? How old are we, 8 ?
she refers to the 180 day extension and upon these 're - entries' it's common for an immigration official to present a form and ask you to fill in the 'how much you got to support yourself' a 'signature'.
you do not constantly get asked to show proof - they politely ask you to write down on an immigration form your assumed bank balance and signed. This is the format related to this query. Bank statements are asked in order to qualify for the visa based on being in a foriegn country bound for Thailand.
the system for upload requires PDF so regardless of bank stamps - still has to be digitised to be able to upload in PDF format. The stamp is fruitless legwork for all involved.
Seems standard 'grilling' formality - they ask what your work is with the DTV and on a form to write how much money you have. Nothing beyond this - while it feels a bit nerve wracking so long as you hold your employment contract that seems to be what they are looking for to copy for their records or maybe just a quick scan over.
