that's very alarming if true. That's not quarantine. Although the chlorine in the pool will probably make it very hard to transmit in the water, you're gonna be touching surfaces and sharing air with other people

any idea what % get part 2 of that? Does under consideration mean decent chance of not getting one, or more of a formality and everyone gets it?

those 30 days can be a godsend for people actually planning to go home but waiting for it to be safer and cheaper to do so, but not much help for those in need of another year and being told to apply from abroad

Yeah especially those whose visas are expiring just after the amnesty. My problem is that finding an alternative way to complete my studies may take a few months to achieve, which isn't possible on a rolling prayer for another 30 days every 30 days.

noisy data, partly because of delays in reporting. The 7 day rolling average is used to iron out the noise and it is still rising, just less than it was before lockdown. Hopefully it will flatten and fall in the next week or 2
