And NO REFUNDS either. Just remember that. Thais change their minds (and their visas) like the weather. So if you pay a few million THB up front for an elite visa, don’t be surprised if it’s gone in a year or two. And you’ll get zero compensation. Oh and don’t complain you smelly farang! :-)

Yes, as part of their contract agents can't increase the price of the visa or charge a service fee. They just get a percentage of the sale, not sure what it is. Same with apple products. Jimmy ******

I'd say talk to Thai Elite directly. When I did mine I applied through the "top google result". Didn't even realise it was an agency of some sort (worked out nicely and didn't cost anything extra.)
