Australian embassy in Bangkok can't assist with any queries about her Visa. You have to call but I've had no luck getting through either for over 2 weeks.

contact the embassy. They aren't doing it in person at the moment. I did mine through the post.

Not sure they'll be able to help but worth a shot. I needed some documents certified recently and they did it without having to go for an appointment.

Pauly Gee once I lodged my passport application it took less than 2 weeks to receive from embassy.

If you are on an elite Visa suggest you check with the Elite team. I believe they will do 90 day reporting on your behalf.

sorry mixed up my terms. I could have done yellow book at Tesaban and than pink Id at amphoe office...but was able to do both at amphoe.

I just did mine it was optional. Could do yellow book at district office than pink card at amphoe. Or just do both at amphoe. Potentially different provinces have different rules.
