Thank you very much. Is it also the case that if I travel by air to Cambodia, or Vietnam that I should expect to wait 2-3 business days for processing of a 60-day tourist visa? Is there a way to eliminate the 2-3 day waiting time? Thank you so much

It's not at all difficult if you hire an agent. You can do it on a 30 day tourist visa. It's pretty straightforward. My landlord did it for me.

I recently entered a contract with this arrangement: 1 month deposit (rent) plus 1st month and last month rent: in total 3 months worth of rent paid in advance. So, it’s rare but not unheard of. My advice:

If everything about the landlord and property gives you a good feeling don’t let it be a deal-breaker. If you already have some concerns try looking for something else.
