Should I list the study end date for my ED-Visa based on the entire degree length or just the first year?

When applying for an ED-Visa for International University in Thailand, I am asked to list the duration of study period, given the option of a start and end date. Should I make the end date for when the degree is finished (4 years later) or the end of the first year of study?

I don't understand if this Visa must be re-applied for again at the end of each school year or if one visa can be renewed for 4 years consecutively.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for an ED-Visa for studying at an international university in Thailand, you should set the end date to when you complete your degree program, which is typically four years later. This type of visa is granted for one year initially and can be extended annually for the duration of your studies.

You will be studying for the full 4 years, so I'd put the date when you complete the degree

Education visas for universities are for 1 year (90 days + yearly extension), and it can be extended every year, 1 year at a time.
