dtv took 5 workdays to issue in dc without need of further back and forth. i am an amcit but applied online from philippines.

i got my dtv medical at thai emb dc with a checkup package appointment letter from bnh. not just a receipt but a fully signed & dated pdf letter. no further explanation needed, though i had prepared a “dear colleague“ explanation letter from my m.d. bnh checkup went well. i have some ongoing ortho issues and may use bnh for future treatments on my return to bkk but under no obligation to do so.
