common sense would say yes since once the visa is issued, it’s good for 5 years.

Once you get the visa it’s good for 5 years, if there is some type of issue with an extension just leave and come back. It’s as simple as this

it looks to be more of a visa for people who didn’t fit into any category before, so instead of an ed visa repeatedly or border runs repeatedly, if you have money and a qualifying reason to be here this visa is meant for you

but “proof” in most instances is light at best, thats how the agents capitalize. There is no deeper check past the documents, so all the agents do is apply via evisa for the customer
