Anonymous participant no because my app would not open. But with my debit card I could go to an atm and withdraw money or send money to another account

Anonymous participant you can absolutely withdraw or transfer $ at a bank machine when it’s locked. Mine was locked and I did both.

lol no your account is not locked. Same thing happened to me with bkk bank about 20 hours ago, restart the app or don’t scan a QR. I got this from scanning a QR but just transferred
