Fitfac in Bangkok offers the service now too.

To be honest any registered MT gym can crate the documents for you, it’s just proof of enrolment for a period of time

There is no way around that. It’s an enrolment letter you get from the gym.

ah ok. So it’s nothing specific to the visa as I mentioned. It’s just a letter from any accredited Muay Thai gym confirming you have paid your dues for a period of what should be 1 year minimum. Maximum Fitness is just promotion they can create the letter for you. I did ask Fairtex previously about this
