go to immigration get a certificate of residency

go to a clinic an get a medical ( cost around 100 baht)

copy ur visa, ur face page of passport & ur current home license, ( if you have one)

go to ur local DLT and present all papers and you will get an apt to take the test

I submitted a tm 30 ( which IS the formal change) in phuket, as my extension was issued elsewhere<

Check into any hotel:

once they register you in the system< ask for a screen shot of the tm 30 submission<

Once you have that, go to immigration and apply for ur 90 day NON O visa< after 2 months convert that visa to a 1 year extension<
