i've done a few trips entering Malaysia at Wang Prachan, down to Penang an than back up thru Betong> a lovely drive

I want head back and check out the new sky walk in Betong.

what secret? everyone knows and monthly there are a few bombings and murders> targeted against the military.

For a tourist its ok> Dont travel at night Great people, great food

The road between Yala and Betong, ( a great city and lots ot see and do) is one of the most scenic in the south

use wise to send $$ from us bank to thai bank. takes less than 30 seconds and great rate

NOT sure about wise cards, but most foreign cards are charged 220 baht /withdrawal.

WHY? if u already have the 800,000 Go to an immigration: apply for a non o visa ( 2,000 baht) after ur money has been at least 2 months in ur bank ( or after 1 month) go back to Immigration and apply for the 1 year extension ( 1,900) and apply for the multi re entry permit ( 3,800 baht)

go to pattaya/phuket, stay in a hotel a night, thye will register you (TM30) ask them for a copy< than go to immigration
