agent isn’t happening either, they will tell you the only bank that still allows is BB

Just go to Bangkok bank across from indigo, they should still be able to open an account for you even on tourist visa. I’ve tried last year with my ED and still couldn’t get one with an agent anywhere in Thailand. You’re best bet is Bangkok bank.
