Why over stay? Just extend your visa, you’ll get an overstay stamp in your passport not something you want to have if you come to Thailand all the time

if the court gave him 2 years I think the immigration officer must of made a mistake when they stamped. Happens all the time at immigration. Worth the try if you have a kid here, worst case you get sent back

If the court gave you 2 years just change your passport and enter with a fresh passport? If the system says 2 but your passport 5 I think it should be fine entering with a new passport.

Yea either 30 days at the immigration or get yourself an ED visa but you need at least 1 month left on your visa validity to apply for the ED visa
