if you are writing a Thai will , and you already have another Will in place in another jurisdiction it is essential to let the Thai lawyer know that otherwise the new Thai Will will void any previous Will

in immigration terms she had overstayed her use of the method of entry and was denied entry …. Quite serious enough for Sarah Somebody .. as she’s made evident in her posts …. Same issue different stamp in passport
