I see as the arrival stamp is BKK.. I suppose if it was a CNX arrival stamp they may query where I've been?

Thanks so much for your advice so far, sorry to confuse but I just used 10 days really as an example, I visit 3 or 4 times a year staying between 60 to 70 days normally, now I want multi entry so I don't have to obtain a single entry every time from the UK before I come (can't get multiple entry O from UK) now if I go to Savannkhet after say 20 days of my trip, I won't be able to come back in on my single entry as it is used and if I was unsuccessful in getting the multiple entry then I would have to get a standard 30 day waiver at the border and then have to extend that. So if I get re entry at immigration that gives me 60 days multiple entries so a total of 150 days? So they count the 60 from when the 90 expires? Sorry to act dumb! Just want to be sure

I see so on arrival in CM they wont question where I have been the 2 missing days in BKK? (as they can see arrival stamp)

No I not seen that ...maybe that would indicate it would be done as a international transfer but take longer possibly...interesting

Check Cardiff and Hull thai consulate requirements they may well be different.. they are for spouse Visa
