Being that at the moment I'm right now in Savannkhet Laos overnight about to re enter Thailand tomorrow after a visa run and reading stuff about needing a medical report ..wish me luck I'll be sure to update when and if I get back to Thailand. When leaving today I had to fill a questionnaire and they recorded my temp which they said they will do again tomorrow

I see a Belgium man refused a tourist visa multi entry today not really sure why but I'm very careful about what I need and this excellent forum gives good advice so just do it to the letter and should be ok to be fair he don't didn't even know you needed a application form

In Laos, the only people who can get a Multiple Entry Tourist Visa in Savannakeht are those with Laos residencies.

I'm on the way there too. Do you think it's possible to get a new visa at the consulate for 60 days or should I just get the 30-day exemption?

Yes I think so but I reckon it's coming as it's such a fast moving situation ..they seem to make these sweeping announcements and changes at the end of the working day so hopefully tomorrow will be ok :)

I doubt that even Thailand enforces medical certificate "immediately" basis without an official announcement.
