I'm stuck in the USA and unable to get back to my 127 Thai staff. I am being forced to let them all go and close all operations in Thailand now.

Work Permits no longer have an address in them in Thailand as they are now National. The old days of only being allowed to work from the location in your work permit is finished. This happened in 2019 Please look it up.

My lawyer said to exit Thailand to change my work permit to a new approved BOI Privilege company. So I left and came to the USA to open some bank accounts and meet clients for 2 weeks. Flight back cancelled and Thailand not letting any of us back. How do we take care of our families and or business? Nothing will be left...

I doubt they are going to open up to Chinese without tests etc.. Further the China Tourism has have little benefit on the economy in Thailand as most of us on the ground know already. They know the real money they need comes from the west.
