I actually agree with this, I think Thailand is very smart, they don’t want people with very little finances coming into the country, they become a burden in one way or another, and they certainly don’t contribute to the economy of the country

 No they did not charge me a new fee, just switched to "soft power activities". Print off Visa sounds like a good idea

 YES all good, very wonderful Thai consulate in Vancouver, easy to deal with, very helpful, I changed my category to "soft power activities", got a letter from my dentist for upcoming work that is needed, should have done that in the first place
