All depends where you gonna apply the 1 year extension, in Bangkok / Jomtien you need everything under the sun, in isan you don't need as much

This visa gives you 90 days on arrival, some offices started to stop the 60 days extension based on being married to Thai. But with this visa you can apply 1 year extension. Where? Immigration and yes you have to report your 90 days.

If you take regular speed it's about 400 baht per paper and same price for the stamp, if you take express it's about 1000 baht. Just except at they make typo and you have to come back next day.

You asking what exactly? The Khor.ror.22 you can get in any amphur just bring the wife, cost about 20 baht to get a printed copy
