 What? You implied that he had to get his first extension at the office where he got the Non-O (though he never said he got an in country Non-O), I said, he can get the extension anywhere. You contradict yourself with your second post.

 Also, never heard that, only that the first extension has to be for the same reason as the initial Non-imm visa.

Check with your bank as well, see if you can get printouts from Pattaya if your home branch is Chiang Mai.

The stamp clearly says it is an overstay for someone under the age of 15, don't worry. They get the stamp, but no fine.
