My wife is Thai,,, her Thai Passport has expired ,, she has an Australian Passport also,, when she enters on Aussie passport does she have to fill it out also? Thankyou for advice

All non-Thai nationals entering Thailand, including tourists, business travelers, and long-term visa holders, must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online before arrival, according to multiple sources. This requirement applies regardless of their nationality or purpose of visit, and it replaces the traditional paper-based TM6 arrival form. The digital form must be submitted online within 72 hours (3 days) before their scheduled arrival.

Exceptions:

Transiting or Transferring Travelers:

Individuals who are transiting or transferring through Thailand without going through immigration controls are not required to complete the TDAC.

Diplomatic and Consular Staff:

Diplomatic and consular staff with diplomatic passports are also exempt from the TDAC requirement.

Border Pass Holders:

Those entering Thailand with a Border Pass are also not required to complete the TDAC.

In essence, nearly all foreign visitors, except for specific transit/transfer cases, diplomatic staff, and border pass holders, need to register for the TDAC online before arriving in Thailand, according to various sources.
