Yup same for Canada. If divorced u need a copy of decree. If single I guess just swear. The embassy web site is quick to respond for info and appointment.

Oh also please be aware that a “car” Thai license DOES NOT allow you to ride a motorcycle or scooter. You would also need a motorcycle license for that.
