Changing almost daily.

Do I need insurance and if so only for coved or for other issues? My extension renewal is in February 2022.

I haven’t found anything specific yet for this extention category.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the specific requirements for entering Thailand while holding a marriage extension visa, particularly regarding the need for insurance amidst changing regulations. Comments inform that the main requirement is to have Covid insurance, typically for 30 days, with a suggested coverage of 300,000 baht.

As far as I know you have to have 300,000 baht insurance coverage for the time you are in Thailand

Requirements for the COE are pretty much the same for everyone. Non immigrant holders shouldn't need a return ticket, but some have been asked.

No, you only need covid insurance. You SHOULD only need it for the first 30 days, again some have had issues though.
