 they can but, they don’t really, unless they live close to a border. Average Thais don’t really travel. But it’s a very quick and easy process for them to get a passport. I got my partner and daughter a passport within a week.

 more likely to be registered if they’re in central bangkok or other major cities. The in between locations, no chance.

 not all bikes are registered, not all bikes are taxed and not all drivers have licences. This is Thailand.
