in the Netherlands the Vaccin Certificate also has a QR code. So i uploaded the same document twice.

"You must get your normal 30 day extension before applying for the covid extension". You are assuming I have a Tourist visa. I will arrive on 30 visa exempt which does not have a normal 30 day extension. ;-)

i will not enter on a tourist visa, but on 30 day visa exempt. Will i be able to apply for the covid extension before my 30 days have expired?

are you sure? The rijksoverheid.nl website states that Thailand is on the list of 'safe countries' to travel from. So to enter the Netherlands you dont need a PCR test nor do you have to quarantine after arrival:
