You are not on a 60 day visa. You enter Thailand with visa exemption. So you will be fine applying for DTV

Also it’s a bit insane to get a 5 year visa for cooking a few hours. I’m sure this will be changed in the future.

You are also over 50. I would go for the retirement visa 🙂
