Just tried to make an application for non O "retirement visa" at Pathum Thani Immigration...was unable to even apply as the clerks told us that my 800K deposit had to be seasoned for at least two months even for a first time application. So let's add this office to those that require letter of the law seasoning....unless I am reading wrong it was usually only the Jomtien office that required seasoning.
TLDR : Answer Summary
A user attempted to apply for a Non-O retirement visa at Pathum Thani Immigration but was informed by clerks that their 800K baht deposit needed to be seasoned for at least two months before the application could proceed. This requirement seems to contrast with practices at other offices, such as Jomtien, which is known for similar seasoning rules. Community members discussed their experiences with Visas, emphasizing the importance of obtaining written documentation of requirements and visiting immigration offices ahead of time to clarify application processes.
