MTT this morning

Arrived at 7:45 am and was 10th in line. They were letting people in to queue upstairs before 8:30.

I was at Counter J as I entered Thailand on a 60 day visa.

Out the door by 9 am.

Whilst you are sitting in the chair queue immigration officers will call u up to check your documents before letting you through.

This is what I needed:

My tm 7 application form

The form that you understand about overstaying

The form about why you are applying (Covid)

One copy of photo page of passport

One copy of original visa

One copy of last visa stamp

They will then stamp these copied pages and you sign them there

They did not ask for my online appointment, my tm30, 90 day reporting or embassy letter (I’m Australian)

I have an under consideration and come back on December 14th

It certainly wasn’t as packed this morning as I expected after reading other people’s experiences

Good luck 🙏🏻

Answer summary

The post details an individual’s experience at the Immigration Office (MTT) in Thailand while applying for an extension on a 60-day visa. They arrived early, waited in line, and listed the required documents, which included the TM7 application form, an overstay acknowledgment form, a COVID-related application form, and copies of the passport and visa. The individual's appointment went smoothly, and they noted that certain documents like the online appointment confirmation and TM30 were not requested.

Piet de Keizer u have been really aggressive today in your deleted responses to my posts. Everyone’s situation is different! I’m sharing to try and help people as opposed to stirring the pot!

Piet de Keizer because some of us were told to go back at the end of the month. I went mid November and was told I’d be stamped from the day I went in.
