TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a 1-year Non-O visa extension based on marriage, the timing for obtaining a bank letter varies by Immigration Office. Some Offices may require that the bank letter or statement is dated on the same day as the application, while others accept documents that are up to 7 days old. It is advisable to go to the bank a few days in advance to request a 12-month statement, as 6-month statements can usually only be retrieved directly from your branch. Additionally, some applicants have been asked for a bank guarantee certificate as part of their application.

Most banks you need to go a few days in advance and request your 12 month bank statement. You can only get the 6 month statement directly from your branch.
Recently did our yearly extension. You have to request the 12 month from your bank in our case Bangkok bank. This comes from Bangkok and that is the reason you cant get it on the day.You then get the bank letter on the day you collect your 12 month statement.
correct and also bank book all pages photocopied I know not makes sense as you have a yearly statement but Thailand loves paperwork the more the better
