TLDR : Answer Summary
As a holder of a DTV (Digital Nomad visa), you must report to the immigration office every 90 days, which is applicable to all foreigners in Thailand. While initial reporting typically requires a personal appearance at the immigration office, subsequent reports can often be done online. You will need your passport for this process. The DTV visa allows for multiple entries, granting an additional 180-day stay each time you re-enter Thailand. Extensions on your stay can be applied for at the immigration office, but requirements may vary by location; some offices necessitate specific financial documentation, such as maintaining a balance in a Thai bank account. Regular communication with your local immigration office is advisable to understand specific requirements.

I intend to go multiple times per year like 1 month 3 month 1 month. Should be no problem cause each stay is up to 180days or not?

As a DTV holder, you are required to do the 90-days report. You can do it online or in person at your Immigration office.

The DTV is a multi-entry visa type, which means that every time you exit Thailand, you will get another 180 days of stay permit upon re-entering Thailand

You can get a 180-days extension on Immigration, however what Immigration will require, can depend on which Immigration office out of the 85 offices in Thailand you are using.

Some, like Immigration Hua Hin, require that you must hold 500.000 THB on a Thai bank account in your sole name, on the day you apply for the extension.

So if you plan to apply for an extension instead of simply doing a border run, that will get you stamped in for another 180 days and no questions asked, you should ask your Immigration what they require

You have to report every 90 days which is the same for all aliens. You can try and do it online but usually the first one is done in person. You just need your passport. The 90 day countdown starts the day you enter

not all I don’t need to do 90 day reporting

yes you do!

no I have the LTR only one year reporting. And since I fly out every two months I will never report. Get the facts
Ian **********
@Jo *********
The one year reporting is different to the alien 90 day reporting. There was much confusion with this but all visa holders must submit a 90 day report according to the 1979 immigration act. Those are the facts

@Ian *********
It’s clear I don’t, it’s published in the legislature- 1 year reporting. law. For LTR only. This is one of the main points of the LTR
