TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain proof of residency from the immigration office in Bangkok Lak Si, you'll need to prepare specific documents. While the exact requirements can vary by office, generally, you may need to provide copies of your passport, visa stamp, last entry stamp, TM30 form, lease agreement, and the property owner's ID. Additionally, you must have completed at least one 90-day report to qualify for the residency certificate. The process can typically be done at designated desks, and there may be a fee involved.

In Bangkok you cannot get a Residence Certificate until you have done a 90 day report so, as you mention IT Laksi, I assume you are on Visa Exempt so cannot get one

At chaeng Wattana at LakSi you need to have done at least one 90 day report in order to get a residency certificate.

Just did this today at Jomtien. Copy passport, copy visa stamp, copy last entry stamp, copy TM30, copy last 90 day notification, copy lease, copy owners ID. 300 baht. Process before 11:30 at desk 9, pick up 14:00 same day service.

Can’t understand why you’d need lease and owners ID if you have a valid TM30 filing. I thought Bangkok were the only ones that required a 90 day report.

Each office to their own I guess.

to be perfectly accurate the IO gave me back the lease and 90 day notification documentation and kept the rest. I just mentioned it as the pack of documents I submitted to receive the residency certificate. You may very well be right that they were not required.

I had a 3 month non B visa and we just applied for the one year one, which I can pick up tomorrow… and just found the note, that I am allowed to use the tm7 application to apply for the notification of residency… too many forms 🤣

You’d need to state the immigration office (or area) you intend to use. Requirements tend to be office specific.
