What are the requirements for 90-day reporting at Thai Immigration offices?

Yesterday I went to Immigration at 8:30 AM for my 90-day reporting and when I arrived they told me I did not require all of the copies of pages of my passport and gave me a que. I looked up at the screen and my number was up already. The entire time I invested was about 59 seconds since I entered the building. Mii Quam Sook! ๐Ÿ™

I don't know what immigration office you used, but most don't require any copies of anything, just the TM47 90 day report form and your previous receipt slip. AND some don't even require the TM47 form, they just scan the bar code from your previous receipt and hand you your next 90 day report receipt :O
