I’m planning to apply for the DTV under the freelancer / digital nomad category. I run a U.S.-registered LLC and offer remote coaching + digital services to clients in Morocco.
I don’t pay myself a salary, but 99% of my clients pay me directly into my personal account.
I have a personal balance above 500,000 THB for the last 3 months, and I can show client (b2c) contracts + invoices to justify the income.
Just wanted to ask — in your experience, do you think this setup would get approved?
