Hi,

I’m planning to apply for the DTV under the freelancer / digital nomad category. I run a U.S.-registered LLC and offer remote coaching + digital services to clients in Morocco.

I don’t pay myself a salary, but 99% of my clients pay me directly into my personal account.

I have a personal balance above 500,000 THB for the last 3 months, and I can show client (b2c) contracts + invoices to justify the income.

Just wanted to ask — in your experience, do you think this setup would get approved?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is applying for a Digital Work Visa (DTV) under the freelancer/digital nomad category, operating a U.S. LLC and working remotely for clients in Morocco. They have sufficient funds in their personal account and can provide contracts and invoices to validate their income, but seek opinions on the likelihood of approvability of their setup.

What do you do about tax? How do you distinguish between income and personal money for tax purposes? Are you registered with the tax authorities

I pay zero taxes in my home country which is Morocco, the tax system care only about big sharks here

nevertheless they may ask for this information but I'd keep quiet on not paying tax. Thailand will expect you to pay tax on any income you bring into Thailand in any calendar year you spend 180 days or more inside Thailand
