Request for Advice on Thailand DTV Visa Reapplication

Hello,

I am currently applying for a Thailand DTV (Remote Work) visa in Ho Chi Minh City. It has been about two weeks. During the application process, the authorities requested additional documents twice. I submitted all the required documents as requested, but my visa was still rejected.

I am a foreigner, but I have a company and long-term residence status in Vietnam, so all my documents are genuine and valid. However, the rejection did not include a specific reason, so I am unsure what caused it.

I suspect the only possible issue might be with my financial documents in the final submission. Since there were many documents, I submitted:

* a 6-month bank statement from the account used to pay my company’s social insurance, and

* a balance certificate from another bank (I only submitted the balance confirmation without the transaction history).

I also did not include any explanation letter. Could this be the reason for the rejection?

I would like to ask if you have encountered a similar case, and I would greatly appreciate any explanation or advice so I can better prepare for my next application.

Thank you very much for your guidance! 🙏
