If the io's starts to ask for proof of soft power activity when you enter, and you have medical soft power, can you provide any kind of medical appointment or do they have access to see exactly which health care provider you used while applying for the visa?

I have medical soft power but had an disagreement with the provider I used while applying for the visa and won't attend there anymore. I have however found another provider.
