If the io's starts to ask for proof of soft power activity when you enter, and you have medical soft power, can you provide any kind of medical appointment or do they have access to see exactly which health care provider you used while applying for the visa?
I have medical soft power but had an disagreement with the provider I used while applying for the visa and won't attend there anymore. I have however found another provider.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the ability of individuals with medical soft power to change their healthcare provider after receiving a visa. It is clarified that airport immigration officers are unlikely to have access to specific healthcare provider details unless it is documented on the visa itself. If a disagreement occurs with the initial provider, it is acceptable to switch to another one. When extending a stay at immigration, a document from the new provider may be necessary to demonstrate ongoing medical treatment.
Airport IO are unlikely to have the specific provider you used. It is ok to change to a different one. Only if you extend at immigration do you need to provide details of your health provider.
