is there such thing as an exemption to not leave after 180 days ?

i’m due to give birth mid april, and my 180 days is up at the end of may. i reallllly don’t want to do have to do a visa run with a one month old (i can’t leave baby with dad i only breastfeeding). i also don’t want to go alone, or drag my husband and two little kids just because i don’t want to go alone.

is there such thing as an exemption to not leave ? if so how long would they give me ?

Im in koh phangan. i heard maybe Samui would be possible.

how far in advance would i have to ask?

I have a little more than a year on my PE visa and am considering the extension (its grandfathered so I get the old prices)

But since I got this visa I have come down with a rare blood disease that requires lifelong medical attention and I am wondering what the deal is with a medical visa and would it apply to my situation.

What are the medical visa requirements?

e.g. criteria, money in the bank etc..

I also qualify for retirement visa and potentially marriage visa.

I’m due for ACL surgery after an accident & am supposed to do a border bounce in June. I’m not supposed to fly & my 180 days expires 2 months after my surgery date. Is there any other way aside from extending in person? I want to avoid moving money around again..
