I am getting mixed information related to Non-O visas as am planning to apply for my two years old son.

I have a Non-B and my wife has a Non-O, we are both Mexican nationals living in Thailand. Our kid was born here back in 2020 and he has a Mexican passport as well but not a Thai visa for the moment.

Does anyone knows the list of required documents he will need in the case we visit another country and then come back to Thailand?

Mexicans are eligible for VOA, is it possible he get a tourist visa on arrival and then convert it to a Non-O once we are in Thailand?

The information provided on the Thai Embassy in Singapore website is more focused on foreigners married to a Thai national and i am not sure the requirements are the same. They are not replying my emails.
