Hi everyone. I registered for Thailand Pass and when I reached the Hotel Reservation part and selected SHA +, I could not find my hotel, Novotel Suvarnabhumi. But when I selected "Alternative Quarantine", I saw my hotel in the drop down list. Would this be a problem later on? Has anyone here booked with Novotel Suvarnabhumi and had similar experience? Thank you for sharing.

Answer summary

The user is facing an issue with the Thailand Pass registration where their hotel, Novotel Suvarnabhumi, is not listed under SHA+ hotels but appears under the 'Alternative Quarantine' option. They are inquiring if this could cause problems later and seeking advice from others who may have had a similar experience. A comment suggests that this should not be a problem and advises contacting the hotel for a confirmation letter.

It's fine and also send an email to the hotel and they will provide you with a letter.

. Can you please let me know later if there was a problem with the Thailand passport? I ask because a friend of mine from Germany has also booked this hotel, but only for 20 January 2022.

sure👍👍 I will come back to this post. In another group, they advise that I select Samut prakan and not Bangkok so that Novotel will appear in the drop down selection under SHA +
